| Apple Warranty - MC2 will gladly handle all of your Apple warranty repair for you at no charge. Warranty service still needs to be checked in under a diagnostic service to determine that your issue is warranty related. Once determined, the diagnostic fee is waived. It is highly beneficial to call Apple at 1-800-SOS-APPL first to get a case number. |
| PC Warranty Service - Unfortunately, MC2 does not have the resources to be an authorized service center for every PC manufacturer. However, we will still handle your warranty work on your behalf. We have been very successful doing this. In our experience, we are able to determine the problem and provide a solution much faster than dealing with a manufacturer yourself. If your time is worth money, please consider MC2 as a better solution than your standard warranty service. |

| Diagnostic Service All computers checked into MC Squared come in as a diagnostic service for $99. If the customer decides to have the service required performed, the diagnostic service charge is then waived and the customer pays only the service charge. |
Service Charges Service ranges from $29 to $279 depending on the severity of the problem. We also have an express service that allows a customer to be placed first in the queue, however turnaround time is commonly 1-3 days. Pickup and delivery service is also available. |
